Shipping Policy for String of the Art
This shipping policy applies to all purchases made through our website www.StringOfTheArt.com.
We currently only accept and process orders for delivery to addresses within the United States. We are unable to ship to international destinations at this time.
We provide free standard shipping on all orders over $50. For orders totaling less than $50, a flat shipping fee of $8 will be applied to your order.
We strive to get your purchases to you as quickly as possible. Our standard procedure is to ship your order within 2 business days from the date of purchase. However, during peak seasons or unexpected circumstances, there might be slight delays. Please note that 'business days' refer to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays and weekends.
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground, USPS Priority, or USPS First Class. As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control.
For expeditated shipping options you can choose 3-Day, 2-Day, or overnight deliveries. Faster shipping methods include a postage fee.
Lost or Missing Packages
In the unfortunate event that your package goes missing, we are here to help. However, String of the Art is not responsible for lost or stolen items if they have been confirmed delivered by the courier.
